CLICK HERE!Thanks to Brian of IF, the original version of RCR has been found and restored to us! Because we have gotten so accustomed to the new RCR, and because so much has changed and improved since we were forced to move, we will remain active on this forum. The old board has been opened to former members only in order for you to get anything you wanted from it. Everything is read-only, so no posts may be made, but you should be able to see everything you could before.
On a very serious note, the person who "hacked" Red Carpet and Rebellion has confessed. It turns out that a trusted member of this site and close personal friend who had access to the admin CP acted out of spite and anger, and did a terrible thing. This member has been banned from RCR and will not return. We have taken all of the action we will take on them, and will not be revealing their name. It was a stunning blow to all of us in the staff to find this out, but we are moving forward as best we can and hope to someday forgive them for what they did. While it was a horrible thing that can never be forgotten, through it we were able to come together as a site to be stronger and more efficient than ever before. All of us are angry and immensely saddened, as is always the case when trust is broken so severely.
Sabs and I view all of RCR's members as family, and we hope to never experience anything like this again, but are extremely proud of how we have all managed to push forward and make RCR a great success once more after just over two months. We would like to thank you all for making RCR the amazing site it is - we would be nothing without our devoted members and cannot accurately express in words how we feel about you all.

Good job on restoring the posts...a whole archive of what was a very large forum in the number of members (was it over 20,000?). I really enjoyed the Christina Aguilera banner, the font and colors (teal-grey-black), and was better done, maybe the next skin on this version will even be more stunning. iscutecute!!

the hosted board + the z6 board always had the exact same content. like if you were to view v.2 in the hosted link and in the z8 link, you'd get all the same stuff. if that makes a lick of sense xD

I heard about the board being restored a while ago and am glad the link is out since I really wanted one of my stories. xP I wasn't happy that I was barely saving it onto my comp and didn't finish doing so, so I had like about 7000 words out of about 35000. Thanks for the link. :]

he/she didn't kill anyone, nothing was stolen, he/she just messed up the site
if you can't forgive someone for messing up something thats free and suppose to be not that serious at all, then what kind of person are you?
forgive that person, don't make it such a big deal. it's just a forum yall.

Acceptance and forgiveness come with time. Right now, a lot of people (especially on the staff) feel as though they have been betrayed by a very close friend. It took a lot of stress, time, and energy to rebuild RCR version two completely from scratch, thinking all that had been accomplished over nearly 3 years was gone. Knowing this was because of someone you considered a friend of course makes it harder.

I'm not lying when I say that I cried...hah. I cried and cried, and then didn't even talk to anyone the next day at school. RCR is actually my home. Like home away from my house, which is really shitty. I love everyone here and when I lost them for like to days I almost died.

Its understandable for a new member not to see how much rcr might mean to a member that's been around for years. it's good that it's back but alot of hardwork went into making it what it was and is today so to comment so nonchalantly is sort of messed up, but hey as i said before i understand.
