Within the nest two days everyone who signed up will receive a PM from a member of the team. Once you receive the PM you will have until Christmas Eve (December 24th) to respond to that PM. The team will then open the secret forum on Christmas Day, where you can receive your gift. xD

_{Initially, the gifts were supposed to be more then one over an extended period of time, since we have less time due to staff difficulties, we are not doing only one gift. Now that doesn't mean that you make your person one icon, unless it is one super-kick-ass icon, but you can submit more then one gift. The individual comment was originally referring to spreading the set out over a long period of time, but now i think we should submit icons separately so your gift can be used and not just looked at xD}

OK so apparently we've been getting some PM's from confused people.

You must make one gift. You may make more then one gift.
The only time when more then one gift is necessary is in icons, and i ask that you submit them not on a canvas so the person you are making them for can actually use their gift.

As far as Im aware we're not guessing who made it, it's something i'll ask the others but definately wait till they have received it, so christmas day ^_^

as for gifts.. only make one thing if you want.. or you can make them all... if it's an ICON please make a set NOT on a canvas so your person can use them.

Sorry if I'm a bit late on this but I got two pms, too. One says my giftee is somebody and the other one says my giftee is me. Is it supposed to be like that, like 'here is your secret person and then here is what you put.' ?

This is just a reminder, please please can you guys submitting icons take them off the canvas it just means that your giftee can use them and what not, it would be really great if you could do this =]

If you have submitted them on a canvas already, can you please re pm me or a member of the team with the lose icons. Also like julian said its getting close to christmas eve and it would be great if you could get it sooner rather than later ;)

You know guys, I think that I am not the only one to have a problem.
I think you sent the announcements too late because I don't really have time to make the present now. I am in my friends house and she doesn't have PS CS.

Ok to begin, we know this is late. Sabs was supposed to take care of this activity, and unfortunately when she returned home from school, her parents had gotten rid of the Internet. Since that happened she had to go outside under a bush to get a slight bit of Internet from her neighbors wireless to PM me letting me know.

All of this happened on Monday night i believe....

Well let me just say as soon as that happened i went nuts. I posted a crazy woman message in the Elite lounge and got started in making forums and starting topics. I had to enlist help and get this going right then and there.

Unfortunately my help had some difficulties sorting people and sending the PMs, which they did while I was at school and when I couldn't help, but they did an amazing job.

I hope you understand that we whipped this entire thing together in less then 24 hours. We made over 90 topics, sorted over 90 people, dealt with the mix-ups that come from sorting 90 people, and we are now collecting gifts and placing them in the correct topic of over 90 people.

The fact is, I already gave you guys more time then I should have. We are going to be cutting this very close because we knew you needed more time. So, you have tomorrow to send things in, and if it is not in by 7 A.M EST then I'm sorry, but something will have to happen, your person will need a back up gift or some sort of belated present because there's nothing i can do.

So im sorry if you think that this is late and I'm sorry if you can't do this, but honestly, its not our fault. There were some unforeseen events which got in the way, messing with our original plans.

Might i suggest that next time, you PM one of us your concerns, and phrase them a little nicer. I only ask this because I am stressed about Secret Santa, and all the difficulties we've had. So I apologize if this seems like i am snapping at you, I probably am, but it's not you I'm annoyed with, its this process and the stress that goes with it.

ugh, im gonna be in so much trouble for this, but my computers acting up and i cant get it to open CS2 or any of my graphic making programs. I've started on my gift, but i wont be able to have it done today.

I have a question, say if we have sent our secret santa girt to one of the lovely elves to get to our secret santa, and they aren't online and the message hasn't been checked yet, should we send it to a different one just to be safe and make sure our gifts our delivered?

just wondering, because I sent mine to Melly, but she's not online, so if someone could answer this, that would be awesome :)
