Lately we seem to be having a few problems with this, mainly filling requests and double requesting.
I'm going to make this clear once and for all, if a member PMs you a request, asks you in the cbox, asks in your gallery; basically asks anywhere except the request section DO NOT fill the request. Instead I would appreciate artists directing them to the request section (if they want you to make it then tell them to specifically request you) and to the requesting rules. We do this for a good reason, that member may have already requested on another site which means we cannot keep a log of double requesting if it's done that way, they may also have requested it on here but also from you. As a result, from now on, if the staff find members requesting/filling requests not in the request section, both will be warned.
Second issue, double requesting. Don't do it, you will be caught and you will be warned. Again, we do this because the member can then have two people filling the request for them which is not allowed, it wastes the artists time and our artists do all of this for free. Previously we've given verbal warnings but the staff are going to increase warn counts from now on.

On a lighter note, this is a minority that does this and I want to also take the time to thank helpful members who direct us to these problems and who also fill requests and help out, you rock ^_^
