Hey everyone!
All right, we've been getting several complaints about awards not being announced. Fair enough. Though before we move on I'd just like to make something clear. We each have our own set of jobs on this site, many of us work on other sites and we all make graphics as a hobby among other hobbies. Besides that we have our own lives with school and work, as well as wanting some free time. What I'm trying to get at, is we're doing our best. None of us mind getting people making topics saying things like 'Sorry to bother you but our battle hasn't been posted.' The thing is, some you seem to expect it like we're slaves, yes it is our job but if we don't get it, we'd appreciate some of you to be a little more polite. It just seems that lately (not just for awards) people seem to demand things and if we ever do anything for the site we don't get a 'oh thank you,' but complaints on how it could be improved before any appreciation for actually taking the time to do it.

What I'm trying to say is, if you have a complaint, go ahead, but just remember to be a little polite. Not everyone is like this, in fact, it's a small number but that number just seems to be growing lately. You'll know if you're one of them, so please keep this in mind :)

That being said, you can help us! I'll say right now you get no RGP for doing this, only the satisfaction in knowing you did something to help our community. Basically, you can make award bases for us. Follow the instructions, fill out the form and reply ^_^

Details:
- They must be around 420 by 130 (around signature size)
- All you need to do is the background with the colouring and staff will add the text later
- You'll need to leave space for the battle/challenge title and winner's name
- If you're unsure what they should look like take a look at existing awards
- Keep it simple!
- You will be credited for the base when we post them

You have one week to submit these (until November 24th)
